DeMarcus Levy

Attorney
DeMarcus Levy, the founder of Mark Deutsche Law, has over 15 years of patent prosecution experience. He established his solo practice after more than a decade of intellectual property practice at general practice and IP boutique firms. He has experience prosecuting patents running the gamut of electrical engineering technologies including semiconductors, 3G and 5G telecommunications, secure banking, and quantum computing and mechanical technologies including medical devices and aerospace. He also has experience in trademark registration, enforcement, and portfolio management. DeMarcus graduated from the University of Portland with a B.S. in electrical engineering and received a law degree from Cleveland Marshal College of Law. He's registered with the Ohio Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

DeMarcus Levy, the founder of Mark Deutsche Law, has over 15 years of patent prosecution experience. He also has experience in trademark registration, enforcement, and portfolio management. DeMarcus has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Portland and a J.D. from Cleveland Marshal College of Law. He is registered with the Ohio Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Before law school, DeMarcus served in the United States Air Force as an acquisitions officer. In that role he helped to facilitate the development, testing, and fielding of the Global Hawk intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platform.
